Anna M. Taylor's Gothic Romance

Brooklyn bred

I'm a native New Yorker and having lived fifty-nine of my sixty-one years in Brooklyn where my husband and I lived with our two cats, have recently relocated for new adventures in the Southwest. When not writing romance, I'm a United Church of Christ and Presbyterian Church USA minister. I have been a member of Romance Writers of America since 2003 and hold membership in six RWA chapters, including Gothic Romance Writers.

My first novel, Through A Glass Darkly, was published in 2008 by the Wild Rose Press and will be self-published in 2016. It won second place in the 2006 Touched By Love contest sponsored by Faith, Hope Love (Inspirational Romance Writers of America). I also write erotic romance, Christian and secular, under the name Michal Scott. My work has finaled in RWA contests since 2009 and most recently in RWA NYC chapter's 2017 Kathryn Hayes Where the Sparks Fly contest. My historical novella, One Breath Away, came out September 2016 with the Scarlet Rose line of the Wild Rose Press. My second, Better To Marry Than Burn, is set to release in 2018. You can learn more about my erotic work at
